How does it work?
HYDROLYSED AND ISOLATE WHEY PROTEIN the blend of Hydrolysed and Isolate Whey Protein has an excellent absorption and digestibility provided by the hydrolysis process. Source of BCAA (branched-chain amino acids) that promotes the muscle synthesis and recovery. In some studies whey protein was also associated with stimulating endogenous synthesis of antioxidants such as glutathione and strengthening the immune system. Each serving of 30g of Vanilla Whey offers 43% of the daily amount of protein that an adult needs.
How to use?
Mix one scoop of 30 grams in 300 ml of water. Mix in a shaker cup or blender until completely homogeneous.
