Avocado oil is popular for helping in strengthening and replenishing skin and hair. It is rich in saturated and mono unsaturated fatty acids, natural lecithin, proteins and vitamins A, B, E and D. Avocado oil is produced by mechanical cold pressed extraction and centrifugal decantation. Avocado oil can be applied on its own, but it is more commonly mixed with other carriers such as sweet almond, jojoba or wheatgerm. Try a ratio of 10-30% avocado oil. Adding Amour Natural’s pure essential oils will further enhance the oil blend.

Directions for use: Warm gently before use and apply directly on skin or hair. Mix with other oils for a massage blend. Use as an ingredient to make your own hair, body and face products.

Do not take internally. Patch test before use. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
