Alfalfa sprouts are considered one of the most nutritionally concentrated sprouts, containing high levels of protein, calcium, carotene, iron, magnesium, chlorophyll, potassium, zinc and other minerals.
Directions: Rinse thoroughly in fresh water before sowing and before consumption. Development of tiny fibrous roots may occur. Per tray/jar: one tablespoon of seeds. Soaking: four hours. Temperature: 18-22°C. Watering: twice daily. Ready to eat: after approximately six to eight days.
