Himalayan Salt

Pink Himalayan salt is a naturally occurring rock salt mined from ancient salt deposits in the Khewra Salt Mine in the Punjab region of Pakistan, at the foothills of the Himalayan mountain range. Formed over approximately 250 million years, it is unrefined and free from additives, and contains a range of naturally occurring trace minerals that give it its characteristic pink colour. It is available in fine and coarse grades for culinary use, as well as in coarse crystal form for use in the bath, where it is traditionally used as a soaking salt. Also included in this collection are Raw Halo organic vegan chocolates made with pink Himalayan salt, and Himalayan shilajit, a natural resin formed over centuries from compressed plant matter and minerals in high-altitude Himalayan rock, available in both resin and capsule form from Kiki Health and Feel Supreme.
