Biotin

Biotin, also known as vitamin B7 or vitamin H, is a water-soluble B vitamin found naturally in foods such as eggs, meat, fish, nuts, seeds, and some vegetables. As with other B vitamins, it is not stored in significant quantities in the body and requires regular intake through diet or supplementation.
