Lavender Oil (Lavendula angustifolia) is relaxing and helps to encourage a good nights sleep. It is one of the few oils that can be applied (sparingly) directly to the skin.
Directions: Pure essential oils can be used as essences in the bath or in vaporisers. They can also be used to make up your own massage blends having first diluted them in Health Aid massage oil base or lotion base. For external use only. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas such as eyes. Always use pure oils with caution. If in doubt, consult qualified person before use.
Additional Warnings: Avoid in the first trimester of pregnancy. May cause irritation to sensitive skin. Use with care if suffering from low blood pressure.
