Quebra Pedra (Phyllanthus niruri) is native to the Amazon rainforest. It is also known by its Spanish name of Chanca Piedra. Quebra Pedra (which means 'stone breaker) has been used by the indigenous peoples of the Amazon.
This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.
Directions: Place 3 heaped teaspoons of Quebra Pedra into a saucepan with 600ml (3 cups) of cold water. Bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and serve.
For children above the age of 12, take 1 teaspoon.
