Directions
  • Directions: One scoop (10g) daily mixed in 250ml water or juice. Stir well prior to drinking. Take preferably two hours before or after taking medications.
Warnings
  • Additional_Warnings: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement (e.g. opioids, loperamide); if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever; if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than two weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding or have failed to defecate following the use of a laxative product. Known adverse reactions: hypersensitivity. May cause mild gastro-intestinal discomfort (such as gas, bloating, etc.). Do not use this product If you have a milk allergy.
