• Ingredients: Glycine, magnesium citrate, Montmorency cherry powder, Montmorency cherry extract (Prunus cerasus fruit), hops extract (Humulus lupulus flower), bamboo extract.

Daily Intake Amount: One level 3ml teaspoon

This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.

• Weight/Volume (grammes/ml): 80

• Directions: One level 3ml teaspoonful with a large glass of water or juice stirred well, ideally taken two hours after food and one hour before retiring. Do not take with food as this will lessen the effect.
