- Weight/Volume (grammes/ml): 1000
- Directions: Stir 30g of powder (approx. 4 slightly heaped measuring spoons, measuring spoon enclosed) in about 200ml of still water. For a tasty treat, Tisso recommends combining this with fresh fruit and rice, almond or soy milk and mixing it in a blender. Please don‘t use regular milk or hot tea.
