Directions
  • Directions: Take one chewable tablet one to two times daily, chew or take with water. Preferably spread your intake evenly throughout the day in order to achieve balanced blood levels.
Warnings
  • Additional Warnings: Mannitol taken in higher doses can cause osmotic diarrhoea and so can related sweeteners such as sorbitol and xylitol and also vitamin C. It is strongly recommended to not take more than 8 Vitamin C-500 Chewable Tablets (containing mannitol) a day.
