• Ingredients: Sunfiber® R (Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum) 5g

Daily Intake Amount: 5g

• Directions: Mix 5g (3 teaspoons) daily into at least 200ml of water or other beverage of choice (hot or cold) or add to food. Suitable from 6 months. PLEASE NOTE: the density of the product has decreased and this has made it more soluble. For this reason the dosage has changed from one teaspoon for the old formula to three teaspoons for the new formula, the 5g dosage is the same. PHGG is normally well tolerated, but if you have a sensitive stomach, start with half a dose and build up gradually to the full dosage. PHGG has been consumed by pregnant and lactating women for years, and it has been shown to be a safe way to improve regularity and reduce cramping and bloating. As with any supplement, however, please consult with your health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
