Containing radish, mung beans and wheat. Sweet and nutty, with a tangy flavour. The subtle, mildly piquant taste gives a distinctive flavour to salads and other dishes.
Directions: Rinse thoroughly in fresh water before sowing and before consumption. Development of tiny fibrous roots may occur. Per tray/jar: two tablespoons of seeds. Soaking 12 hours. Temperature: 18 – 22°C. Watering: twice daily. Ready to eat: after approximately three to five days.
