Directions

Directions: Each box contains everything you need for one full day. Inside, you’ll find seven sachets, which you dissolve in water, shake, and drink immediately. If you let the prepared drink stand for too long, it may thicken to the point that it becomes difficult to consume. → 7 sachets = 1 day Instructions: Wake Up (immediately after getting up): Add to 300 ml of water, shake well, and drink immediately. Meal Shake (breakfast – about 30 minutes after Wake Up): Add to 400 ml of water, shake 3–5 times, and drink immediately. Snack (between breakfast and lunch): Add to 300 ml of water, shake well, and drink immediately. Meal Shake (lunch): Add to 400 ml of water, shake 3–5 times, and drink immediately. Snack (between lunch and dinner): Add to 300 ml of water, shake well, and drink immediately. Meal Shake (dinner): Add to 400 ml of water, shake 3–5 times, and drink immediately. Good Night (before going to bed): Add to 300 ml of water, shake well, and drink immediately. Always drink the shake right after mixing. Also make sure to drink at least 2 litres of water per day. Avoid coffee and alcohol during the cleanse. Tip 1: The meal shakes can be divided into two servings if you prefer a thinner texture. Mix half of the sachet with 400 ml of water, drink it, and then prepare the second half later with another 400 ml of water. Tip 2: To improve the taste, you may add a small amount of organic fruit syrup to the meal shakes.
