Over the past few years Glucosamine has become a popular food supplement. Although Glucosamine is normally derived from shellfish, CT Plex uses a vegetarian form so that it is suitable for vegetarians and those who are allergic to shellfish. Plus plant extracts, vitamins and bioflavonoids.
