Directions

Directions: Sprinkle the contents of one sachet over your food, or, if you prefer, dissolve in a large glass of water and mix well. Ultimate UT is best taken with food. Maintenance use: Maintain a healthy vaginal microbiome by taking Ultimate UT daily. Take one sachet daily, preferably with food in the morning. Intensive use: To relieve symptoms, Ultimate UT can be taken three times a day for the first three days, then reduced to two sachets a day for the next two days, and continued with a maintenance dose of one sachet daily for the remainder of the pack.
