Mood Food has been designed to support your 'feel good factor'. It does this by supporting chemicals in the brain and nervous system activity - naturally. Tyrosine supports the body's production of the 'feel good' brain chemicals dopamine and noradrenalin, whilst 5-HTP is a precursor to seratonin.
