- Directions: How to prepare Sundried Tomato Couscous (2 portions) 1. Add half pack, 100g of Sundried Tomato Couscous to a heat-proof bowl. 2. Pour 150ml of boiling water over the Couscous. 3. Cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes. 4. Add olive oil or butter to taste (optional) and fluff with a fork to separate the grains before serving. 5. Great hot or cold.
