Directions:
Adults: One 5ml teaspoonful taken 2 – 3 times a day before meals.
Children aged 3 – 12 years: 1⁄2 teaspoon 2 – 3 times a day before meals.
May be taken alone or mixed with juice if preferred.
Bio-Strath can be taken by all children over 3 years old to also help compensate for the lack of a balanced diet or reduced powers of digestion.

The daily dose contains 16.3g of herbal yeast.
Contains 4.5% vol. alcohol.
