Phenylalanine is an essential amino acid. DL-phenylalanine together with vitamin B6 ensure easier absorbability and greater efficacy in the body. DL-Phenylalanine (DLPA) is a mixture of both the left handed L-form of the amino acid and the right handed D-form. This is the perfect combination.
