Directions: If you’re new to reishi, it is recommended to start with a smaller serving of around half a teaspoon which can be increased to around one teaspoon if desired. Blend the powder into smoothies, shakes or juices. It can be dissolved in warm water to create a nourishing tonic tea; throw in some superfoods, berries or tonic herbs to create an elixir. Or you can sprinkle it over foods, and use it to create sauces, dips, desserts and more.
