Jarrow Formulas® MK-7 is naturally made via fermentation by Bacillus subtilus subsp.natto. MK-7 is a longer-acting form of vitamin K vs K1. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredients: Non-GMO medium chain triglycerides and olive oil, Softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, purified water, organic caramel [as a light barrier] and olive oil), Vitamin K2 (as Natural MK7 [Menaquinone-7])
