• Ingredients: Psyllium husk (Plantago ovata), hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa), licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), stevia leaf (Stevia rebaudiana), inulin (from chicory root Cichorium intybus), clove flower bud (Syzygium aromaticum).

This product is hypoallergenic / does not contain any of the 14 major allergens listed in Annex II (1169/2011) of the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation.

• Weight/Volume (grammes/ml): 200

• Directions: 2 teaspoons (5g) once daily with water or juice (250ml). Mix well and drink immediately. Drink a second glass of liquid (250ml).

• Additional Warnings: Do not use if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defecate following the use of another laxative product; if you have diabetes mellitus in which blood sugars are difficult to regulate; if you have difficulty swallowing; if you are experiencing distention and fullness of the chest and abdomen; if you are vomiting from overabundant dampness; if you have edema, hypertension, hypokalemia, cholestatic disorders, cirrhosis of the liver, chronic renal insufficiency, or congestive heart failure; if you are pregnant of breast-feeding; if you are undergoing corticosteroid treatment; or if you suffer from fibril disorder.
