Ingredients

Zechstein magnesium chloride (29% concentration), essential oils (grape seed oil, bergamot oil, lavender oil, clary sage oil).

Directions

Spray 10 times on feet or shoulders and massage in, preferably after a shower on moist skin, before bedtime.

May create a tingling sensation, when the body has a magnesium deficiency or when applied to broken skin.

Shake well before use.

Bottle contains 800 sprays.
