- Directions: Place a foot patch on the sole pad of each foot. Patches should be left on for between 5 and 12 hours normally during sleep time. A new one should be applied the next time you go to bed. If you are using the patches for purification, there are three zones the patch can be applied to: the heel, the arch or the ball of the foot.
