- Directions: Directions for Use (Aged 16+): Take 2 capsules, 60 minutes after food, with half a glass of water before and another half immediately after. Alternatively, for a stronger effect, take the capsules at least 30 minutes before food, and/or increase the dosage. Take capsules at least 2 hours away from other supplements and medication. Children aged 10-15: Open 1 capsule and sprinkle the contents onto food to consume. Alternatively, for a stronger effect, take 1 capsule with water as directed above. Children should try Brainzyme® FOCUS ORIGINAL™ before this product. Maximum Dosage: Aged 16+: up to 6 capsules per day. Pregnant and breastfeeding women: up to 4 capsules per day.
