Directions
  • Directions:  Carefully spray into your mouth or on the inside of your cheek. Take one spray daily or as directed by your health practitioner. Multiple sprays can be taken where a higher dosage is required. As general guidance, we recommend 1000IU (25mcg) per 25kg of body weight as a daily maintenance dosage. Does not need to be taken with food or water and can be taken at any time of the day. Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Once opened, use within 6 months.
