Local Remedy Epsom Salts 2kg (Soak & Soothe)

Soak & Soothe Epsom Salts are naturally occurring, 100% pure magnesium sulphate. Bathing in our Epsom salts is an ideal way to support the absorption of magnesium into the body.

Using Epsom salts can help to relax stiff, aching muscles and helps you unwind after a stressful day, so that you can enjoy a good night's sleep.

How to use:

Bath: Dissolve 250g into a warm bath and relax in the water for 20 minutes.

For an intense muscle soak add 500g into a bath.

Footbath: Add 150g to enough warm water to cover the feet and soak feet for 20 minutes.

Avoid using soap during your soak to maximise mineral absorption. Do not use on broken skin and avoid contact with the eyes. If pregnant or suffering with a medical condition, consult your physician before using.
