Herb Pharm broad-spectrum Valerian liquid herbal extract is made from fresh, organic roots and rhizomes of Valeriana officinalis. Harvested in autumn and extracted promptly, it retains its bitter, aromatic character and is traditionally used to support relaxation and sleep.

Ingredients: Valerian rhizome with root (Valeriana officinalis) extract, certified organic cane alcohol (54-64%)
Extraction rate 560mg fresh herb per 0.7ml

Directions

Directions: Shake well before using. General Relaxation: Add one full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, up to four times per day. To Aid Sleep: The dose may be taken one hour before bed and again at bedtime. Best taken between meals.
