Crucera-SGS is broken down in the gut where it releases glucoraphanin, the precursor to sulforaphane, a natural inducer of Phase II detoxification enzymes. Each capsule of Crucera-SG contains 50mg of sulforaphan glucosinolate, the equivalent to eating 2lbs of cooked broccoli sprouts.
