Directions: Add salts to a warm bath (37-39°C is ideal). Relax and soak for at least 20 minutes. For general skin health and maintenance, use 100-250g (1/2-1 cup) regularly. If you have extremely dry or sensitive skin, you may find that using 500g-1Kg (2-4 cups) 1-2 times a week works better for you. You can use alongside other bath salts, oils and foams, so any bath can be boosted with Dead Sea Salts.
