Carefully spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. 4 sprays contains 5mg of iron. 3 – 5 years – 1 spray 6 – 8 years – 2 sprays 9 – 12 years – 3 sprays 13 years and above – 4 sprays Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.
