  • Directions: Roll onto pulse points (wrists, temples, neck) 10–15 minutes before bedtime. Inhale deeply to calm your mind, release tension, and prepare for sleep. Use nightly or whenever you need extra sleep support. For all-day mood support, pair with Hey, Sunshine, the AM pulse oil.
