Hello Hormones is a herbal blend for a healthy cycle, with vitex-agnus castus and dandelion root, motherwort and avena sativa.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Chaste tree berry (vitex-agnus castus) (15%), dandelion root (taraxacum officinale), alfalfa (medicago sativa), flax seed powder, fennel seed, nettle leaf (urtica dioica), oat straw (avena sativa) (7.5%), elecampane root (inula helenium), motherwort (leonurus cardiaca) (5%), angelica root (angelica archangelica) and apple, vegetable cellulose capsule shell

The oat straw is naturally gluten free and all product batches are all tested to ensure there is no gluten present

Directions

Directions: Take one capsule daily with a glass of water to support female hormones throughout your cycle. For most people one capsule is enough, but if your hormonal symptoms could be improved after trying one capsule for 30 days or longer, the dose can be increased to two capsules. Two capsules daily is the maximum dose.
