Directions: This food powder blend is ideal added to juice, plant milks or water, or combined with Dr. Schulze's Superfood Plus Powder. For best mixing results use a sealed container, add fluid and then the powder, then shake for 10 seconds. Suggested serving, two teaspoons (4g) and up to four teaspoons (8g) daily.
