This classic ‘bitters’ blend encourages balanced stimulation of appetite and proper completion of digestion. Useful post illness or simply on a daily basis where age or stomach compromise exist.

Directions

Directions: Consume two teaspoons before or after meals up to several times a day Enjoy on salads and freshly prepared raw vegetables. Alternatively, add to cooked grains, potatoes, soups and stews for extra flavour. Also tastes great with honey
