KIKI's Genuine Zechstein Magnesium Oil is a saturated solution of magnesium chloride that is applied directly to the skin, where it is reabsorbed and transported on to the cells. It can be used on any area of the body to increase the body's overall magnesium levels. 10 sprays equate to a dosage of 212mg of pure magnesium (57% of RI).

Directions

Directions: Ideally spray after shower or bath, aiding better absorption as the pores are open. Apply 5 to 20 sprays direct to your skin (or on area of concern) and lightly massage. A tingling sensation is natural upon first application and is a sign of magnesium deficiency; this will decrease as your magnesium levels increase.
