- Ingredients: Partially hydrolysded guar gum (PHGG), Wheat fibre, Oat fibre, Guar gum, Cellulose, Zinc (from Zinc Citrate 3-hydrate). The Gut Booster blend contains wheat and oat fibre. However, during the production process, all of the gluten protein has been removed. Myota's mixes have been rigorously tested to ensure they contain less than 20 parts per million (ppm), according to gluten-free regulation (EC) No. 609/2013, 828/2014, and Codex Alimentarius. Myota blends are suitable for those with Coeliac disease and gluten sensitivity.

- Directions: Start with 5g a day (half a scoop) and gradually build up to a full scoop (10g) per day. Make sure you drink 8-10 glasses of water a day to keep your fibre flowing. Add it to smoothies. Stir it into yoghurt. Sprinkle on your morning muesli. This is a flavourless powder so you can easily dissolve it into food and hot or cold drinks.
