The product is based on pure, fully reacted magnesium bisglycinate, the most bioavailable form of magnesium and gentle on the stomach. It provides 200 mg of elemental magnesium per daily dose, plus 375 mg of vitamin C to support the body's magnesium functions. It also provides 350 mg of malic acid
