- Directions: Dissolve one portion of the product - 1.5 g (2 scoops) in 100 ml of water. Use 3 servings a day. On workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving 30 minutes before training, 3rd serving directly after a workout. On non-workout days: 1st in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving between meals, 3rd serving at bedtime.
- Additional_Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing women must not take the product.
