  • Directions: Adults: Take one capsule twice a day with food. Increase to two capsules twice a day if required. Children aged 3-12: take one capsule a day with food. The capsules can be opened and mixed into food or drinks. Your Flora Family has a sweet biscuit-like taste and can be emptied directly into the mouth. It is best taken with food, but avoid taking with hot foods or drinks, which may damage the delicate nutrients.
