  • Directions: These salt rocks can be used in a number of ways. For general relaxation, place directly in a warm bath for 20 minutes. Salt rocks are slowly dissolving and will last for approximately 3 x 20-minute baths. For aching muscles and joints, place the rocks in a microwaveable container until warm to the touch (but not hot). For a naturally anti-bacterial treatment, run the salt rocks underwater creating a salty oil solution on the surface of the rocks. Gently rub the oil created directly onto the affected area. For use as a natural deodorant, gently rub the oil created by the salt rocks onto the underarms.
