The Acerola cherry is similar in appearance to a red cherry, contains over 150 phytonutrients and has high levels of vitamins A, B1, B2 and B3, as well as bioflavins and carotenoids which provide important antioxidant uses. It is also one of the richest sources of vitamin C on the planet.
