BCAA+B6 contains leucine, isoleucine and valine amino acids in a ratio of 2:1:1. With added Vitamin B6 that helps the normal protein and glycogen metabolism and it participates in the normal energy-yielding metabolic processes and the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion. Directions
  • Directions:  Take 4 tablets daily. On training days take 2 tablets 30 minutes before your training and 2 more tablets right after your workout. On resting days take 2x2 tablets between meals. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
