Daily Intake Amount: Serving Size: 8 Capsules Servings Per Container: 60

Directions
  • Directions:   4 - 6 capsules daily between meals until the pack is used up. When doing sports activities the dosage can be increased up to 8 capsules per day, between meals. You can use maximum 8 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Swallow capsules and wash down with sufficient amount of water or sports drink. Once opened store at the temperature of 10 - 25 ºC and consume within 3 months
