Directions

Directions: 2 servings a day. On training days, 1 serving in the morning after waking up and 1 after the workout. On rest days, 1 serving in the morning after waking up and 1 during the day. One serving equals 5g (1 scoop) of the product dissolved in 300ml of water or juice.
