  • Directions: Stir 5g (3 tsp) of Bio.Me Prebio PHGG into hot or cold beverages or add as an ingredient in cooking or baking. Supportive for sensitive digestion - especially when introduced gradually. Clinical studies have shown the expected benefit using 5-6 grams of PHGG a day. Invivo Bio.Me Prebio PHGG is well tolerated in cases of mild overall gut discomfort as well as in individuals with a sensitive gut. It is Low FODMAP certified so can also be suitable for those with small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO). It is suitable for use during pregnancy, when breast-feeding and by the whole family. PLEASE NOTE: the density of the product has decreased and this has made it more soluble. For this reason the dosage has changed from one teaspoon for the old formula to three teaspoons for the new formula, the 5g dosage is the same. Some individuals may benefit from introducing new food, including fibre, gradually into their diet. You may want to consider starting with 1 tsp (approx. 2g) daily dose and build up gradually to the full dosage. Do not exceed the recommended dose unless advised by your healthcare professional. PHGG has been shown suitable in pregnancy and during breastfeeding; however, as with any supplement, please consult your healthcare practitioner before use if you are unsure, have a medical condition or are under medical supervision.
