The Multivitamin Complete capsules contain all 13 essential vitamins, as well as important minerals and carefully selected phytonutrients, such as pine bark and grape extract. We have only used the highest quality, most bioavailable compounds. For example, we use a 50:50 mixture of synthetic & natural vitamin E (mixed tocopherols) and use the active form of vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin). Our multivitamin also contains the active forms of vitamins B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) and K2 (menaquinone-7).
