Daily Intake Amount: Serving Size: 10g Servings Per Container: 30

Directions
  • Directions: Up to 75 kg bodyweight and sensitive athletes - mix a dose of 10g with 150 ml of water. Over 75 kg bodyweight or highly advanced performance - mix a dose of 20g with 300 ml of water. Consume 15 minutes before workout. Maximum daily dose is 20g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Use: 1/3 measuring scoop = ca. 10g. 2/3 measuring scoop = ca. 20g. Mix the recommended dose with water.
