Glutamine comprises more than 20% of the amino acids in your body and during training it's used for various metabolic functions, including producing energy. A hard training session can result in muscles losing up to 50% of their glutamine stores. That's why we've designed Platinum 100% Glutamine, to help replenish what's lost during intense exercise.

Ingredients

Ingredients: L-Glutamine L-glutamine (100%). Processed in a facility that also handles sulphites, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, soybeans, milk and mustard ingredients.

Directions

Directions: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 250 ml. of cold water and consume once daily. Read the entire label before use and follow the directions provided.
